Muy ilustrativo y actualizado, da mucha luz sobre la realidad de los jovenes, aunque esta basado en los Estados Unidos, creo que es muy aplicable a la sociedad latinoamericana, los aportes son muy significativos para la interpretaci�n de los motivos de la deserci�n de los jovenes de las iglesias, y como tanto ellos, como los l�deres y la iglesia puede re-enfocarse a fin de retenerlos, haciendo relevante su participaci�n en el ministerio.

Pastores lean este libro. El trasfondo y el estudio que se realiz� fue en Estados Unidos, pero creo que nos puede dar una idea muy clara de por qu� los j�venes se est�n yendo de la Iglesia. Espero que pronto despertamos y que Dios ponga una carga real en nuestros corazones por los j�venes, por esta generaci�n (Hch. 13:36) y que podamos servirles seg�n la voluntad de Dios y no seg�n nuestra voluntad o la de la tradici�n.

Excelente libro que debe leer todo pastor y lider de este tiempo. El palnteamiento de David es sencillo, conocer a fondo en que estamos fallando a la hora de retener el fruto. Lo recomiendo ampliamente!
